On April 3, 2024, a jury in Arapahoe County found my client not guilty of Driving While Intoxicated. At trial there was no evidence that my client actual drove a motor vehicle. He was initially represented by another firm (fake trial lawyers frankly) who tried to force the client to take a deal which included months of county jail time in which he would have lost his career.
Following my attendance and assistance in putting together the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar DUI Conference in Vail, I am once again active on my blog due to the fact I believe that consumers are being ripped off by "fake" trial attorneys who actually have never been to trial.
