NOT GUILTY ATTEMPTED HOMICIDE

On March 7, 2024, a jury found my client not guilty of attempted 1st degree homicide after a four (4) day jury trial. A "strangulation" expert or Forensic Nurse Examiner testified for the prosecution but floundered during cross-examination and agreed that there is a difference between a reported symptom and an actual diagnostic sign.
